PLEASE NOTE: All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which takes, 2 - 3 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.
Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service, it is not Cleáir Monroe responsibility to replace it.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WHICH MEANS NO REFUNDS; We do not issue refunds on any items —No exceptions. However; we do allow customers to exchange if the item(s) is returned in its original condition, with original tags and inventory allows. An exchange is possible 7 days after the customer receives their shipment.
