For all pre-orders, please allow a 1-2 week processing time prior to delivery.
Order processing time for all clothing is 3-5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed and processed will not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday. Your package will be shipped on the next business day. If you need a rushed order email email@example.com.
PLEASE NOTE: All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which takes, 2 - 3 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.
Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service, it is not Cleáir Monroe responsibility to replace it.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND ALTERATIONS
ALL custom orders start at $150 and increase depending on style. Please email us at email@example.com, subject: "CUSTOM ORDER." For all custom made items please provide measurements. ALL custom orders are FINAL.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WHICH MEANS NO REFUNDS; We do not issue refunds on any items —No exceptions. However; we do allow customers to exchange if the item(s) is returned in its original condition, with original tags and inventory allows. An exchange is possible 7 days after the customer receives their shipment. If there are any issues with your item(s) or if you believe your item is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).
If an item you want to exchange is not available you may be eligible for a store credit. You must email email@example.com with your name & order number as the subject.
